1. Scope

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions of TEAMcorp – your fitness network GbR (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) apply to all contracts for the delivery of goods and the provision of services (fitness coaching, network access) concluded between a customer and the Seller.

1.2 An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

2. Conclusion of Contract

2.1 The presentation of products in the online shop enables the customer to submit a binding offer.

 

2.2 The customer submits a binding offer using the integrated order form. The contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order by email or delivers the goods.

 

2.3 For coaching services and network access, the contract is concluded upon explicit confirmation of the booking by the Seller in text form.

 

3. Right of Withdrawal

3.1 Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

4.1 The prices stated are final prices. In accordance with Section 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), no VAT is charged.

 

4.2 The available payment methods (e.g. PayPal and credit card) are displayed to the customer during the ordering process.

 

5. Delivery and Shipping Conditions

5.1 Goods are delivered to the delivery address specified by the customer.

 

5.2 Shipping costs are stated in the respective product description.

 

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of TEAMcorp – your fitness network GbR until the purchase price has been paid in full.

 

7. Liability for Defects and Coaching Information

7.1 The statutory rights regarding liability for defects apply.

 

7.2 For coaching services: We endeavour to provide the best possible support. However, no specific physical results can be guaranteed, as results depend on the customer’s individual implementation. By booking the service, the customer confirms that they are physically capable of participating in the training.

 

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

8.1 The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.

 

8.2 If the customer is a merchant, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes shall be the Seller’s registered place of business.

 

9. Consumer Dispute Resolution

9.1 TEAMcorp – your fitness network GbR is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
