1. Scope of Application

1.1

These Terms and Conditions of TEAMcorp – your fitness network GbR (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) apply to all contracts for the delivery of goods as well as the provision of services (fitness coaching and network access) concluded between a customer and the Seller.

1.2

An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person acting in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial, business, or professional activity.

2. Conclusion of Contract

2.1

The presentation of products in the online shop constitutes an invitation for the customer to submit a binding offer.

2.2

The customer submits a binding offer via the integrated order form. The contract is concluded as soon as the Seller confirms the order by email or delivers the goods.

2.3

For coaching services and network access, the contract is concluded upon the Seller’s explicit confirmation of the booking in text form.

3. Right of Withdrawal

3.1

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.

3.2

4. Prices and Payment Terms

4.1

All prices stated are final prices. No value-added tax (VAT) is charged in accordance with Section 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG).

4.2

The available payment methods (e.g., PayPal, credit card) will be communicated to the customer during the ordering process.

5. Delivery and Shipping Conditions

5.1

Delivery shall be made to the shipping address provided by the customer.

5.2

Shipping costs are indicated in the respective product description.

6. Retention of Title

The delivered goods shall remain the property of TEAMcorp – your fitness network GbR until full payment of the purchase price has been received.

7. Liability for Defects and Coaching Disclaimer

7.1

The statutory rights regarding liability for defects shall apply.

7.2

For coaching services, the following applies: We strive to provide the best possible support and guidance. However, specific physical results cannot be guaranteed, as they depend on the customer’s individual commitment and implementation. By booking our services, the customer confirms that they are medically fit and capable of participating in training activities.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

8.1

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.

8.2

If the customer is a merchant, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes shall be the Seller’s registered place of business.

9. Alternative Dispute Resolution

9.1

The European Commission provides a platform for Online Dispute Resolution (ODR):

9.2

The Seller is neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
